What do I get for my package hours of support?
You can choose however you like the hours to be used. Every job is different so at WEGEL we work with you to customise the services and tailor your requirements.
Note: your scope of work could be 40 hours and therefore the package hours and discount would be multiplied by 4.
How do I use the hours of support?
The hours of support within each 10 hour package can be used however you like. Please review the services available on the website and contact a consultant to discuss further on 0420 890 574.
What support is available?
24/7 support via telephone or email and on-site support at your workplace/project. Please refer to the wegel.com.au website for a list of the services we can offer you.
When can I use the package hours?
Hours can be used anytime and scheduled for upcoming and/or urgent work requirements.
How do I know how many hours I have used?
Hours used and remaining will be communicated through a formal Quote and communicated to you.
How do I pay for a WEGEL Package?
Once the scope of work and the required number of hours is determined and agreed a formal Quote will be emailed to you. Tax Invoice/s will be generated as the scope of work is completed.
What is the standard hourly rate?
Standard Consultancy is charged at $120 per hour + GST. Industry rates vary, however, WEGEL’s pricing is mid to high range against market rates for quality support.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, this can be reviewed and negotiated on a case by case scenario based on the stage of works completed.
