Specialising in emotional management and mental health enhancement, James is a highly proficient and developing counsellor, coach and mentor.

James employs evidence-supported techniques like cognitive behavioural therapy and solution-focused therapies to tackle problems stemming from anxiety, depression, stress, anger control, troubled relationships, drugs & alcohol, addiction and grief & loss.

James is skilled in providing support to individuals or families in navigating a wide array of emotional challenges and does this by leveraging his personal and working background to help his clients succeed in their endeavours.

James uses a mix of modern strategies, including Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Personal Centred, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioural therapies that are personalised to match the client’s individual needs, supporting them in attaining their personal goals and maximising their potential.

James is currently working towards his membership (as at August 2024) as a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) (http:/theaca.net.au), however, James is more than capable of offering various related support services until this formal acceptance is achieved.

How much does the Counselling & Support Services cost?

  • In Person (Face to Face)

    James believes in helping people and his counselling and support services are heavily discounted to an affordable and modest fee of $60 + GST (45min session) which is approx. half of the cost of other counselling organisations.

  • Virtual Online (via Computer or Mobile Phone)

    James believes in helping people and his counselling and support services are heavily discounted to an affordable and modest fee of $60 + GST (per 45min session) which is approximately half of the cost of other counselling organisations.

  • Over the Phone (Conversation)

    James believes in helping people and his counselling and support services are heavily discounted to an affordable and modest fee of $60 + GST (per 45min session) which is approximately half of the cost of other counselling organisations.
