How long does a Subscription last?
All Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. There is no obligation to renew after the first 12 months.

When can I use the Subscription hours?
Hours can be used anytime over the 12 months.
How do I know how many Subscription hours I have used?
Hours used and remaining will be communicated monthly during the 12 months.
How do I pay for a Subscription?
Pay upfront or pay instalments. Tax Invoices will also be generated (as required). Please speak to a consultant to discuss options if cash flow is an issue.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The Subscription is billed monthly or annually. Please speak to a consultant.
What is the standard hourly rate?
Standard Consultancy is charged at $120 per hour + GST. Industry rates vary, however, WEGEL’s pricing is mid to high range against market rates for quality support.
Can I change my Subscription after purchase?
Yes, however, subscriptions can only be increased in the 12 month period.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, this can be reviewed and negotiated on a case by case scenario.
